Manuel Johnson

Manuel Johnson (born October 14, 1986) is a former wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. He played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners.
==Early years==
Johnson Attended Gilmer High School where he played as a quarterback and wide receiver. He threw for 48 career touchdowns, ran for 18 touchdowns, and caught 17 touchdowns and set school season passing record. He was the No. 13 receiver in the nation, No. 16 player Postseason Texas Top 100, No. 21 player in Texas, MVP District 13-AAA (2004), MVP All East Texas (2004), first team All-State (2004), Dave Campbell Player of the Year (2004), and first team All-State (2003) . He was also a member of the basketball and track and field teams.
He accepted a scholarship to play at the University of Oklahoma. As a senior he registered 42 receptions for 714 yards and 9 touchdowns. He was the team's third leading receiver behind Juaquin Iglesias and Jermaine Gresham.〔http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/manuel-johnson?id=81833〕
